01Terms and your data
Term stores its working data on your device and, when iCloud is available for Term, syncs it through your Apple iCloud account. If a fresh install is restoring existing data, leave Term open while the restore completes.
You can also export and import Term data from Settings. Keep exported files private: they can contain the names and details of your Terms, Commitments, plans and logged work.
02Apple Health and workouts
Health access is optional. Term can read step count and workout metrics, and can save completed Set and Cardio workouts to Apple Health. Review or change access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
If live workout information is not appearing on Apple Watch, confirm that the Watch is paired, the Term Watch app is installed, Bluetooth is available, and Health permissions have been granted.
03Calendars, location and notifications
Calendar access lets Term show events from calendars you select alongside your timeline. Location access supports local prayer-time calculation and live Cardio distance and pace. Notifications support reminders you choose inside Term.
These permissions remain under your control in iOS Settings. Term continues to work if you choose not to grant optional access, although the related feature will be unavailable.
04Premium and purchases
Term uses Apple's App Store purchase system. If an existing Premium purchase is not recognised, open Term's purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Billing, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
